|  | How much capital do I need to begin trading Steve's recommendations? | | There is not a specific amount of money in your portfolio that you need to dedicate to our recommendations - the amount you reserve should depend mainly on your money management and investing strategy. The prices of Steve Sarnoff's option recommendations have ranged from as low as $120 per contract to $1,550 per contract, with most of them falling in the $200-$350 range. There are about 52 picks provided per year. Of course, we don't know the size of your trading account (which, by the way, should always only comprise funds you've set aside for speculative purposes -- never monies you might need to pay the mortgage, fund your children's education, meet other monthly expenses, etc.). But please keep in mind that it is important to reserve enough funds so that you can participate in about every trade. That way, you will be assured of benefiting from the big wins as they come along, which can offset any losses (which are inevitable in options -- even for the most experienced traders).
